Regular Orders
Return Policy:
- Eligibility: Regular orders can be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in unworn and original condition with all packaging.
- Credit: Refunds within seven (7) days can be issued as a refund, store credit or exchange, which will not include the original shipping charges.
- Restocking Fee: Credit card purchases are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
Exchange Policy:
- Within 7 Days: Exchanges are welcomed within seven (7) days of receipt. Items must be in unworn condition.
- After 7 Days: If it has been over seven (7) days, we are happy to discuss an exchange, provided the item is in unworn condition. Exchanges over seven (7) days will be considered on a piece-by-piece basis.
Special Orders
- Cancellation and Returns: Special orders may not be canceled or returned. These items are custom-made or specially ordered to meet your specific requirements.
Exchange Policy
- No Restocking Fees: If you decide to exchange an item for another piece, there are no restocking fees.
- Condition: All exchanges must be in unworn condition with original packaging and tags intact.
