Returns and Exchanges
We want you to truly love your Olea piece. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned under the guidelines below.
How to Start a Return
Email info@oleafinejewelry.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Items sent back without approval, or shipped using a method other than the one provided, will not be accepted.
Online Purchases
• Eligible items may be returned for online store credit only.
• Credit issued for online orders must be used online and cannot be redeemed in-store.
• Exchange requests must be received within 7 business days of delivery.
In-Store Purchases
• Items purchased in-store may be returned for a refund within 48 hours.
• Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days.
• Store credit issued in-store cannot be applied to online orders.
Item Condition
Returned pieces must be:
• Unworn
• In pristine condition
• Returned with all original packaging
Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Special Orders and Altered Items
Final sale.
This includes:
• Custom pieces
• Made-to-order jewelry
• Items that have been sized or altered
• Any piece created specifically for you
Refunds and Shipping
• Refunds (when applicable) are issued only to the original form of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from credits or refunds.
• Credit card refunds are subject to Olea’s standard restocking fee.
Repairs
If your jewelry arrives damaged or needs repair in the future, email a photo to info@oleafinejewelry.com.
We will provide:
• A repair estimate
• Expected timeline
• Any applicable jeweler or designer fees
• Shipping instructions (shipping fees may apply)
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Orders shipped with signature required and lost before signature are covered by insurance.
• Once signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
• If you waive the signature requirement, the sale is final and Olea Fine Jewelry is not responsible for loss or theft.
