Welcome to Olea Fine Jewelry. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Olea Fine Jewelry. Olea Fine Jewelry operates this website and retail store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you with a curated fine jewelry shopping experience (the “Services”). Olea Fine Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2: PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, colors, scale, and details may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.
Our jewelry often features natural gemstones and handcrafted elements. Variations are inherent and are not considered defects. Variations in gemstone color, inclusions, and metal finish are inherent to fine jewelry and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
SECTION 3: ORDERS AND CUSTOM WORK
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Olea Fine Jewelry reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and acceptance is confirmed by email.
Custom jewelry, made-to-order pieces, engraved items, resized jewelry, and any items altered at the customer’s request are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
All purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or exported without written permission.
SECTION 4: PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, insurance, or handling fees unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Orders are fulfilled from Encinitas, California or from trusted production partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Olea Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

SECTION 6: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return eligibility is governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Custom, made-to-order, resized, engraved, or altered items are final sale.
Refunds, when applicable, may be subject to restocking fees as outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to website design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, branding, and overall presentation, is owned by or licensed to Olea Fine Jewelry and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Certain products, designs, images, and materials displayed on the Services are the intellectual property of third-party designers, brands, or licensors whose work is carried by Olea Fine Jewelry. All such intellectual property remains the sole property of the respective designers or rights holders and is used with permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in any intellectual property displayed on the Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content, product images, jewelry designs, branding, or materials from the Services without the prior written consent of Olea Fine Jewelry and, where applicable, the applicable third-party rights holder.
Personal, non-commercial sharing on social media is permitted provided proper credit is given and Olea Fine Jewelry is clearly tagged or referenced. This permission does not extend to commercial use, resale, editorial use, or brand affiliation without written authorization.
Content on the Services may not be used for data mining, scraping, indexing, automated extraction, or for training or operating artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative systems without express prior written consent from Olea Fine Jewelry and, where applicable, the applicable rights holder.

Olea Fine Jewelry uses Shopify to power its online store. All transactions are made directly with Olea Fine Jewelry.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Olea Fine Jewelry. You release Shopify from any claims arising from purchases made through the Services.
