Part-Time Jewelry Specialist – Olea Fine Jewelry (Encinitas, CA)
Olea Fine Jewelry is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and jewelry-loving Sales Associate to join our team! This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys fine jewelry, values exceptional customer service, and thrives in a creative, boutique retail environment.

We specialize in unique, heirloom-worthy pieces from independent designers, along with custom creations that tell a story. Our approach is warm, refined, and deeply intentional—we want every client to feel inspired, connected, and celebrated when they shop with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with clients to help them find their perfect piece
- Assist with sales, transactions, and basic inventory management
- Help with store merchandising and maintaining a polished, inviting atmosphere
- Capture content for social media and assist with marketing efforts as needed
- Support store events and pop-ups
Who You Are:
- Passionate about fine jewelry and style
- A natural people person who enjoys connecting with clients
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with social media and technology
- Available to work Saturdays/Sundays and events
- Fine jewelry experience is a must, but not required—strong retail or luxury sales experience is a plus!
Details:
- Part-time (2 shifts per week to start, with potential for more)
- Located in Encinitas, CA
- Hourly pay with potential for commission
